You take ownership of maintaining data integrity, documenting every step, and ensuring protocols are followed precisely. You drive problem-solving at the bench and across cross-functional interfaces to resolve technical hurdles. You ensure all laboratory activities strictly comply with safety standards and quality expectations. You manage the full lifecycle of mammalian protein expression and purification from start to finish. You contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and proposing practical enhancements.
