Product Marketing Manager
Job description
Product Marketing Manager
About the Role
This position is a marketing generalist with a distinct product marketing focus and immediate, tangible ownership. From the first week, you will be responsible for defining how Gauntlet's products are presented and perceived in the market. Your core responsibilities include owning product positioning, managing launch strategies, and developing sales enablement materials for a portfolio that oversees more than $1.5 billion in client TVL. You serve some of the largest fintechs, protocols, and capital allocators operating in the onchain financial ecosystem.
Your responsibilities sit at the intersection of product, business development, and communications. You will translate product strategy into narratives that shape client conversations and directly influence launch outcomes. You will own the written content for new product announcements, event frameworks, and the company's external story. As new financial tools move from development to production, you will adapt our website and public materials to accurately reflect their capabilities. Your work will also extend to event participation and social communication, ensuring our public presence aligns with active product releases. The role requires a balanced focus, split approximately evenly between product marketing initiatives and communications execution, with priorities shifting according to the active product roadmap.
About Gauntlet
Gauntlet is building the foundational financial systems for the onchain economy. Unlike many solutions that address isolated problems, we operate across the entire vault infrastructure stack to deliver institutional-grade products. We currently serve more than $1.5 billion in client TVL, working with major fintechs, neobanks, protocols, exchanges, and capital allocators who are moving treasury operations onchain. Our client base is expanding to include traditional asset managers seeking onchain solutions. Our team combines backgrounds from traditional finance and crypto-native product development to create robust, sophisticated products designed for institutional needs.
