Scale affiliate and creator programs to expand distribution and increase the platform's reach to new audiences.
Design and manage tests that guide traffic toward activated accounts while monitoring engagement where it matters most.
Own the analytics architecture for growth experiments, defining events and queries that clarify cause and effect.
Partner with product and engineering to run rapid experiments that de-risk new features and onboarding flows.
Build and optimize SQL queries to handle datasets and extract insights that support faster decision-making.
Develop content and SEO strategies that operate as scalable, owned channels for user acquisition.
Manage paid media campaigns with hands-on optimization to improve efficiency and reduce cost per acquisition.
Shape the site experience through experimentation that nudges visitors toward signups and activated usage.
Collaborate with design and copy to ensure messaging is consistent and compelling across all touchpoints.
Document playbooks and results so learnings are reusable and campaigns can be scaled systematically.
Requirements
The role requires a bachelor's degree, though the specific field should be confirmed Candidates must bring 3+ years of growth marketing experience focused on user acquisition, often built from scratch in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
Strong analytical abilities are essential to turn data into fast decisions and to prioritize tests based on potential impact.
SQL skills add strength when handling datasets and extracting reliable insights under time pressure.
Hands-on experience with owned and earned media enables the team to scale SEO, content, and social without relying only on paid ads.
Comfort with unclear conditions is required so experiments can start without waiting for a perfect brief or complete data.
A background as a founder or in prosumer or consumer product contexts is favored but not required for this position.
The candidate must be able to commit to full-time hours in San Francisco and meet any visa requirements as applicable.
