The ideal candidate will have worked on the development of low latency trading systems and have experience of high-performance messaging in Java, though similar experience in C++ will be considered.&nbsp; Further to the above, the candidate will have experience of optimizing multiple layers of the technology-stack, from the application layer, through to the OS, network layers and supporting hardware.&nbsp; What You'll Do: <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>This role will provide cross-cutting solutions in support of multiple businesses, including OTC, Market Making, Prop and Systematic Trading.&nbsp;</li> <li>You will have the ability to work independently, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a desire to own issues and see them through to resolution.
