In this role, you will serve as the primary owner of CSA project execution at Galaxy's Helios campus, coordinating closely with the general contractor and CSA trade partners to deliver a world-class mission-critical facility. You will lead all construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from groundbreaking through substantial completion and handover.

What you'll do
Lead all CSA construction activities throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with the general contractor and trade partners to maintain strict adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for CSA work packages, developing and executing construction strategies to meet project milestones.
Oversee earthwork, grading, utilities, drainage, roads, and site infrastructure to ensure foundational elements meet engineering and operational requirements.
Manage foundation systems, concrete works, structural steel erection, and related structural packages, driving execution against technical and safety standards.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities to verify compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and engineering requirements.
Manage building envelope systems including roofing, cladding, waterproofing, doors, windows, and finishes, ensuring alignment with architectural specifications and operational needs.
Coordinate architectural fit-out activities and monitor installation quality, resolving issues to ensure successful alignment with design intent and operational requirements.
Drive project performance through proactive planning, issue resolution, and rigorous schedule and budget controls to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure successful delivery from groundbreaking through substantial completion and handover, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Monitor progress against project metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to optimize outcomes and uphold quality standards.
Leverage industry best practices to streamline workflows, enhance safety protocols, and improve overall project efficiency across the Helios campus development.
