What you'll do
- Execute direct lead operations including routing, enrichment, assignment, and distribution across multiple channels.
- Provide support for system updates, campaign execution, and lead assignment issues within established service level agreements.
- Monitor lead flow and generate reports that analyze funnel performance and key operational metrics for continuous review.
- Conduct audits and perform data cleaning within Salesforce and Marketo to ensure database quality and reliability.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps departments to refine segmentation rules and qualification methodologies.
- Assist in marketing automation projects and workflow upgrades aimed at improving efficiency and scalability.
- Resolve technical issues in lead routing by collaborating with IT and internal teams to identify root causes.

Requirements
- Bring 4-8 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations to the role.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo, specifically regarding CRM administration, reporting, and lead management.
- Show an ability to analyze data for the purpose of optimizing lead management strategies and improving conversion rates.
- Exhibit experience managing operational support requests via ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution.
- Use strong communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and align on objectives.
- Capacity to troubleshoot technical problems and drive automation improvements across marketing workflows.
- Maintain high attention to detail while handling multiple tasks in a high-volume environment with strict deadlines.
