Field Marketing Specialist
Job description
About the role
Freshworks is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to build the operational engine behind our regional event programs. Today, Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) own both the strategy and the execution of every event, from forecasting and business cases on one end to vendor contracts and lead uploads on the other. That's a lot of ground for one person to cover, and it means our best strategic thinkers spend too much time in the weeds. This role is the fix: a shared execution engine that lets FMMs focus on strategy, stakeholder relationships, and pipeline impact, while you own flawless on-the-ground program delivery, from kickoff through post-event closeout. This isn't a 1:1 hire per marketer, it's a pooled model, so you'll support multiple FMMs across a region and get exposure to a diverse portfolio of third-party conferences, executive experiences, customer events, partner programs, and regional activations. The listing location is San Mateo, us.
