FP&A Manager - Product & Engineering
Job description
About the role
This position serves as a primary financial advisor to the global Product and Engineering divisions. You will act as an individual contributor responsible for guiding technical resource allocation and influencing product strategy through rigorous financial modeling and analysis. You will translate complex engineering initiatives into clear financial narratives that help leadership understand trade-offs and long-term value. By partnering closely with product leaders and engineering managers, you will ensure that investment decisions are justified, measurable, and aligned with corporate objectives. You will drive data-informed conversations about scope, resourcing, and timing across the product lifecycle. Your analysis will help determine which features and platform improvements receive funding and headcount support. You will be expected to challenge assumptions and ask probing questions about cost drivers and expected outcomes. Ultimately, you will help build a culture where financial discipline empowers innovation rather than constraining it.
