About the role
You will architect and execute the partner onboarding journey for new businesses entering the Fresha ecosystem, ensuring a quality and efficient build from initial contact to live operation. In this role, you own the full lifecycle management of data migration, verifying the accuracy and integrity of merchant information as it flows into the platform. You will serve as the primary liaison between incoming partners and internal teams such as Professional Services, Business Development, and Account Management to maintain alignment and transparency. Your daily work will involve diagnosing and resolving complex onboarding issues while adhering to strict quality standards and compliance requirements. You will leverage your expertise to drive autonomy, enabling partners to activate their presence on the marketplace with minimal friction. This position demands a proactive mindset as you navigate a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, balancing multiple priorities under tight timelines. You are expected to make a measurable impact by improving onboarding efficiency and contributing directly to the growth of the Fresha network. What you'll do
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective partners to map out their operational workflows and data requirements.
Perform comprehensive data validation checks to confirm the accuracy of business details, schedules, and historical records during migration.
Configure partner profiles within the Fresha platform, ensuring settings reflect the specific needs and service offerings of each business.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and integration enhancements during the onboarding phase.
Execute end-to-end testing of booking, payment, and notification systems to verify that partner operations function without disruption.
Document every step of the onboarding process, creating clear records that support future troubleshooting and training initiatives.
Coordinate with the Account Management team to align on long-term partner strategies and retention goals.
Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot technical issues that arise during the data build or migration process.
Engage with the Professional Services team to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution for high-priority partners.
Maintain strict adherence to compliance protocols, safeguarding sensitive merchant and consumer data throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Communicate proactively with partners regarding timeline updates, ensuring they remain informed at every stage of activation.
Support the implementation of new features and integrations as they roll out across the Fresha marketplace.
Monitor key performance indicators related to onboarding success and identify areas for process optimization.
Act as the trusted point of contact for partners, reinforcing the Fresha brand through professionalism and attentive service.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your capability to perform the role effectively.
You have a proven track record of at least 2 years in customer success, operations, or a related field where data accuracy and stakeholder management are critical.
You are fluent in French, both written and verbal, with a professional level of English to communicate effectively across global teams.
You have hands-on experience using CRMs and productivity software to manage complex information sets and workflows.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills, allowing you to interpret data sets and identify discrepancies during the migration process.
You are comfortable working with technical systems and learning new software tools quickly in a dynamic environment.
You have a history of taking ownership of tasks, showing initiative and reliability when working with minimal direct supervision.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey technical concepts to non-technical partners.
You are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
Nice to have
Experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors is preferred, as it provides context for partner needs.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling platforms and point-of-sale systems is advantageous for configuration tasks.
Basic knowledge of API integrations and data architecture will help you perform advanced troubleshooting.
