The Operating System for Global Wellness
Fresha defines the digital infrastructure for the beauty, wellness, and self-care world. The platform serves as the central nervous system for an industry spanning salons, barbers, spas, medspas, fitness studios, and health practices. It connects consumer demand with merchant capability through a single, unified marketplace. The organization serves millions of users and processes over one billion appointments to date.
The company maintains its primary headquarters in London, United Kingdom. A network of fifteen global offices supports operations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Fresha provides consumers with a tool to discover, book, and pay for local services. Simultaneously, it delivers businesses an integrated platform for operations, combining software and financial technology.
The ecosystem empowers merchants with appointment scheduling, point-of-sale processing, customer record management, marketing automation, loyalty programs, inventory tracking, and team coordination. The consumer-facing marketplace generates additional revenue streams for partners by utilizing online bookings and automated marketing. This functionality operates through mobile applications and integrations with major technology brands including Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Position Overview
Fresha holds the position of the world's leading marketplace within the beauty and wellness sector. The organization is currently navigating a significant growth phase. Performance marketing has transitioned fully in-house, creating an opportunity for a new leader. The successful candidate will own the acquisition strategy for both B2B and B2C channels.
This role involves full ownership of paid search and paid social strategies. It requires managing an expanding in-house team focused on generating scalable, data-driven growth. Collaboration with Marketing, Data, Design, and Commercial teams is essential. The role holder will optimize spending, creative assets, and funnel performance to improve return on investment and customer lifetime value. You will guide creative direction through the development of briefs and feedback. This ensures concepts are relevant to local markets and adhere to brand standards.
You will establish testing roadmaps that emphasize high-impact experiments. This involves clarifying outcomes to facilitate future scaling. Negotiation with media suppliers will be necessary to secure efficient rates and favorable terms. These negotiations must not compromise quality or reliability.
Translating strategic objectives into operational briefs for vendors and internal stakeholders is a key duty. This maintains project alignment and transparency. Maintaining documentation that captures processes, learnings, and decisions will support consistent execution over time.
Essential Criteria

Direct experience with marketplace models is required. The candidate must be familiar with environments featuring multiple merchant types within a single funnel.
