Frontend Product Engineer

About the role

You are the architect of the user journey, translating complex requirements into intuitive and reliable React interfaces that define the core of our global platform. This opportunity places you at the center of a high-growth product team, building the interfaces that power a leading global platform serving millions of professionals worldwide. You will own the end-to-end delivery of user-facing features, working directly with a modern tech stack and agile delivery practices to ensure robust, performant, and secure solutions. The role is tailored for a self-driven engineer who thrives on ownership, rapid impact, and deep technical judgment in a fast-paced environment. You will refine discovery patterns and craft polished user experiences by leveraging and extending our Design System to meet evolving business needs. A key part of your mission is to own features from initial discovery through global rollout, including testing, observability, and continuous improvement for optimal user satisfaction. You are expected to apply rigorous engineering standards to every line of code, ensuring that the booking workflows you build maintain the highest levels of reliability and scalability.

What you'll do

• Architect and develop core scheduling components using TypeScript to extend the application heartbeat and ensure real-time responsiveness.
• Refine discovery patterns and craft polished user experiences by leveraging and extending our Design System to maintain brand consistency.
• Write robust automated tests using Cypress, Jest, and React Testing Library to ensure the CI/CD pipeline remains green and stable across all environments.
• Own features from initial discovery through global rollout, including testing, observability, and continuous improvement to drive product excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, Infrastructure, and Mobile teams to shepherd features from concept to production with seamless integration.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive and reliable React interfaces that align with business objectives.
• Utilize modern AI agents and coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining deep technical judgment and code quality.
• Implement and maintain booking workflows that handle high volumes of interactions for millions of professionals worldwide without compromise on performance.
• Ensure that all code contributions adhere to strict security and performance standards to protect user data and system integrity.
• Optimize application state management and data flow to support scalable and efficient user interactions across the platform.
• Conduct detailed code reviews to uphold engineering standards and share knowledge across the team for collective growth.
• Work with current technologies including React, TypeScript, GraphQL, REST, Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to maximize impact.
• Drive the implementation of new features that minimize technical debt and maximize the ability to deliver high-impact updates rapidly.
• Act as a technical leader within the agile framework, guiding best practices in testing, observability, and deployment strategies.

Requirements

• Bring a strong foundation in modern frontend development with hands-on experience in production-grade applications.
• Demonstrate solid, hands-on experience with TypeScript and React to build scalable and maintainable user interfaces.
• Possess a deep understanding of scheduling engines and booking flows essential for scaling this platform effectively.
• Show the ability to write comprehensive tests and maintain quality checks that keep deployment pipelines healthy and efficient.
• Work with knowledge of GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD practices to enable seamless collaboration across teams.
• Mastery of version control and modern frontend tooling is non-negotiable for consistent and reliable delivery.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate complex technical challenges in a dynamic setting.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business goals.

Nice to have

• Interest in backend, DevOps, or mobile development with a willingness to broaden full-stack understanding.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or demonstrating technical leadership in previous roles.

Practical notes

This role operates under a B2B contract with a compensation package of 25 to 40 thousand PLN net monthly, supplemented by equity participation. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with an expectation of 4 days per week onsite.
