What you'll do
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Analyze project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Monitor and track project expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and financial forecasts.

- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids, providing data-driven insights to enhance competitiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a related analytical role within the energy or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles as they relate to project management.
Nice to have
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar credentials is a plus.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques and reporting.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and tools within project controls.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
- Previous experience in the energy sector or with renewable energy projects is advantageous.
Skills & tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
