This individual serves as the primary strategic partner for leading health plans, health systems, and employer accounts, ensuring their program success and long-term retention. The role demands a balance of detailed execution and high-level relationship building to translate complex member data into clear, actionable strategies for partners. You will guide these key accounts to achieve their nutritional healthcare objectives while adhering to strict compliance and data handling standards. This position is fundamentally relationship-driven and requires an execution-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service and value. You will act as the main liaison, coordinating cross-functional efforts to resolve member experience gaps and refine program messaging. Ultimately, your work will directly support the company mission to improve health outcomes and lower costs by making nutritious food accessible and affordable at scale.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate intake workflows to confirm client objectives and validate member eligibility criteria against program requirements.
- Design tailored nutrition rollout sequences that strategically align benefits features with partner strategic priorities and member needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional review sessions with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and resolve member experience gaps efficiently.
- Ship optimized program configurations that strictly satisfy compliance rules and exceed client success metrics and expectations.
- Partner with national retailers to verify benefit usage patterns and identify opportunities to expand member access to groceries and essential foods.
- Maintain ongoing communication channels with health plans to track key health outcomes and proactively identify upsell or renewal opportunities.
- Update internal and external documentation assets to accurately reflect current policy changes and evolving member journey stages.
- Support client training sessions to build robust internal team capability on Foodsmart platform tools and best practices.
- Translate complex member data analytics into clear, visual reports that help partners understand program performance and impact.
- Proactively identify risks or blockers within client accounts and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuous program stability.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide frontline insights that influence future feature development and service enhancements.
- Drive adoption metrics for new services by coaching client teams on effective member engagement and communication strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure all client programs remain compliant and competitive.
- Serve as an escalation point for critical client issues, resolving concerns swiftly to preserve strong relationships.
- Champion the Foodsmart values of urgency, data-driven decisions, and high standards in every client interaction.
Requirements
- You must hold at least three years of professional experience in account management or client services roles.
- You must demonstrate comfort managing high-value stakeholders within complex healthcare or retail environments.
- You must understand how to handle sensitive member information and rigorously follow data privacy and security rules.
- You must communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively in both written and spoken English with diverse audiences.
- You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship for this position.
- You must thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment where self-direction and discipline are essential.
- You must possess strong analytical skills to interpret member data and translate findings into actionable client strategies.
- You must exhibit empathy and patience when guiding clients and partners through complex nutrition and healthcare processes.
