This role supports the Finance team in providing transparent company performance and controls. The Accounting Analyst partners across operations, accounts payable, and treasury to strengthen month-end processes. Success in this position drives continuous improvement in global trade finance workflows.
Finance teams manage money, forecasts, and reporting. Analysts build models and explain variance. Controllers run accounting and compliance. FP&A professionals support decisions with budgets and forecasts. The work is precise, deadline driven, and tied to business results. What you'll do
Assist with prepaid schedules and preserve the accuracy of assigned balance sheet accounts, safeguarding asset and liability records.
Assist with lease schedules and support journal entry generation to reflect lease accounting requirements.
Support the Treasury team on payment initiations and processing to maintain efficient cash operations.
Analyze financial results by supporting variance analysis and providing commentary on P&L movements, clarifying performance drivers.
Requirements
Strong business-level English communication is required for cross-functional collaboration and clear documentation.
A Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory for understanding complex transactions.
2+ years of working experience in public accounting (preferably Big 4) and/or in an accounting function with strong technical knowledge is required.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement is essential for accuracy and controls.
Prioritization skills and the ability to execute deliverables in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment are required to meet deadlines.
A willingness to embrace and drive changes is necessary to support evolving processes and organizational growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with stakeholders across departments.
Strong Excel skills are required for data analysis, reporting, and process support.
