About the role
You own the end-to-end discovery and conversion experience for finn.com, defining how millions of visitors interact with our subscription offerings from first click to committed user. You lead the cross-functional Onboarding and Shopping product team, setting the strategy and execution roadmap for vehicle discovery, comparison, and selection interfaces. Your primary mission is to systematically convert anonymous visitors into engaged subscribers through data-driven experimentation and meticulous optimization of the user journey. You define the information architecture that makes complex automotive inventory feel instantly understandable and actionable. You partner with analytics experts to instrument events and measure the downstream impact on long-term retention and revenue. Your decisions directly determine whether finn.com feels like a trusted marketplace or a confusing catalog, ultimately scaling the platform toward over 100,000 active subscribers.
