About the role
Fin is looking for a Senior Manager to lead sales strategy and operations for its AI Products division. This role shapes how the company's artificial intelligence offerings are positioned and delivered to customers across different markets. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market approaches and drive sustainable revenue growth over time and across regions. The position is based in Dublin, Ireland and reports into the broader AI Products leadership team within the organization.

What you'll do
- Define and execute sales strategies for AI product lines across target customer segments and geographic regions.
- Build and manage forecasting models to predict revenue trends, pipeline outcomes, and quarterly business expectations.
- Partner with product teams to align sales materials, messaging, and collateral with product roadmaps and release cycles.
- Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify new customer opportunities and expansion potential within existing accounts.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between sales, marketing, and engineering departments to ensure aligned priorities and execution.
- Develop pricing frameworks and deal structures that maximize product adoption rates while protecting company margins.
- Monitor sales performance metrics on a regular basis and recommend process improvements to the leadership team.
- Create training programs and enablement resources to equip sales representatives with deep product knowledge and selling skills.
- Manage relationships with key accounts and provide strategic guidance to the sales team on complex opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level reports on sales operations, pipeline health, conversion rates, and long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in sales strategy, operations, or business development within a technology company environment.
- Demonstrated track record of managing teams and driving measurable revenue growth in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data to inform sales decisions and shape strategy.
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning products and a clear understanding of their commercial applications.
- Proven ability to work across departments and influence stakeholders without relying on direct reporting authority.
- Experience building and maintaining sales processes, tools, and performance dashboards that teams can rely on daily.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex ideas to senior leadership and external partners.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic organization.
