About the role
Fin is seeking an experienced professional to define and shape how our AI Customer Agent solution is implemented for clients prior to finalizing contracts. This role involves working closely with the sales team to develop deployment strategies that enable clients to realize value quickly and achieve long-term success with our technology. You will be responsible for creating new processes from the ground up, rather than following pre-existing templates, ensuring tailored solutions that meet each client's unique needs. The position requires a proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders, designing workflows, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless AI integrations. This is an on-site role based in London, England, and offers an exciting opportunity to influence how AI solutions are deployed at scale within diverse organizations.

What you'll do
- Lead initial scoping sessions with C-level executives and Director-level stakeholders to understand their support goals, operational constraints, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals effectively, ensuring that the deployment approach aligns with client expectations and business objectives.
- Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW), clearly defining project timelines, key dependencies, deliverables, and client responsibilities to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Re-engineer customer experience workflows by designing AI-driven processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness, moving beyond simply mirroring legacy workflows.
- Conduct detailed assessments of integration requirements, migration complexity, and client readiness to accurately scope projects and identify potential challenges early.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the deployment process.
- Develop and refine internal tools, templates, and methodologies to scale pre-sales activities and deployment operations, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate client needs into technical specifications, ensuring that AI solutions are configured and integrated properly.
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the deployment phase, helping them understand AI capabilities and how to optimize workflows.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve deployment processes, documentation, and training materials.
- Support the sales team in articulating the value proposition of AI Customer Agent solutions by demonstrating how deployment strategies can deliver rapid ROI and long-term benefits.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, SaaS, and automation to advise clients effectively and incorporate best practices into deployment strategies.
- Assist in developing case studies and success stories based on deployment projects to showcase the value of Fin's solutions.
- Participate in internal meetings and strategy sessions to align deployment initiatives with broader company goals and product development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations, including any applicable ITAR restrictions, to maintain the integrity and security of client data.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, consulting, or customer success roles, ideally within SaaS or AI-focused companies.
- Proven ability to lead client discussions at the executive level, translating technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in drafting accurate and comprehensive Statements of Work that result in successful project delivery.
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to partner effectively with sales teams to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, AI automation, integration architecture, and change management principles.
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools to understand their impact on workflows and operational processes.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge stakeholders constructively to ensure project viability and success.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, fostering positive relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
