What you'll do

Drive the optimization of transportation and fulfillment processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Maintain clear and structured communication with stakeholders to provide updates on operational status and key initiatives.

Support the rollout of new operational tools and systems to improve scalability and reliability of logistics functions.

Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures that enhance team productivity and support sustainable growth.

Requirements

You are eligible to work in Brazil and hold the necessary documentation to obtain a work visa if required for this role.

You are legally authorized to work in Brazil and do not have restrictions that would prevent full-time employment in São Paulo.

You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates operational capability.

You have at least two years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field managing coordination responsibilities.

You are proficient in Portuguese, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You have strong analytical skills and can interpret data to support operational decisions and process improvements.

You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail.

You have experience using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, project management software, and communication platforms.
