About the role
You will own the end-to-end coordination of the interview lifecycle for Figure's rapidly expanding teams, acting as the central point of contact for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers. This position requires you to manage complex scheduling scenarios across engineering, operations, and manufacturing while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and timeliness. You will drive process excellence by establishing scalable workflows that support the company's ambitious goal of shipping humanoid robots with human-level intelligence. In this role, you will build strong recruiting foundations that enable the People team to operate efficiently as hiring volume increases. You will also play a key part in shaping the early-stage talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and outreach initiatives. What you'll do
Coordinate complex interview schedules across engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams, ensuring a seamless and timely experience for candidates and interviewers.
Support hourly and high-volume hiring pipelines by managing candidate flow, scheduling screens, tracking progress, and partnering closely with hiring managers.
Assist with sourcing efforts by identifying qualified candidates, managing outbound outreach, and maintaining early-stage talent pipelines.
Support Figure's intern and university recruiting programs, including scheduling, onboarding logistics, event coordination, and candidate communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring reporting accuracy, compliance, and process consistency.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting operations by building documentation, templates, and scalable workflows.
Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, attention to detail, and strong follow-through.
Perform administrative support for interview logistics, including arranging travel, coordinating meeting details, and managing candidate materials.
Collaborate with the People team to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce time-to-hire across all departments.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics to provide insights that inform hiring strategy and resource planning.
Engage with hiring managers to clarify requirements, align on priorities, and ensure mutual understanding of role expectations.
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives that strengthen the talent acquisition function and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with candidates, employees, and external partners.
Leverage technology and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve the accuracy of scheduling and data management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, operations, hospitality, or other fast-paced environments.
Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
Interest in learning recruiting fundamentals, developing sourcing skills, and growing a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive hiring process and positive candidate experience.
Familiarity with high-volume or hourly recruiting processes and best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion in all aspects of the role.
