Humanoid Robot Pilot
Job description
About the role
You will wear teleoperation equipment to guide the robot through designated behaviors in real-world scenarios. You will upload collected data to our AI training system to directly influence model improvements. You will proactively identify issues during collection and report feedback daily to Figure's AI team for rapid iteration. You will maintain a safe environment for both yourself and the robot during teleoperation to ensure smooth operations. You will follow proper equipment and robot maintenance procedures, including bring-up and shutdown routines with diligence. You will master new physical tasks quickly and find the optimal way to perform them with efficiency. You will embrace constructive feedback and strive for constant improvement in your performance. This role serves as a strong entry point into robotics with clear pathways for high-performing individuals to grow into Senior Pilots and other lead positions.
