About the role
The will be responsible for leading the strategic development and operational management of the company's Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Product Development (PD) services. This role is in driving revenue growth, expanding service offerings, and strengthening customer relationships within these specialized areas. You will oversee the profit and loss for these services, ensuring they align with company goals and market demands. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to position Fictiv as a leader in providing innovative and reliable MRO and PD solutions. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and customer-centric leadership to foster sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for MRO and PD Services, focusing on expanding market share and increasing profitability.
- Manage the profit and loss responsibilities for these services, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target new markets to create additional revenue streams through service offerings.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies that highlight the unique benefits of Fictiv's MRO and PD services.
- Establish pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability, adapting to market trends and customer needs.
- Serve as the primary executive sponsor for key enterprise clients, ensuring that service delivery exceeds expectations and aligns with their strategic goals.
- Use customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in service quality and develop innovative service concepts.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners to enhance service capabilities and expand the company's reach.
- Lead operational teams responsible for delivering MRO and PD services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and responsiveness.
- Implement scalable processes for service delivery, lifecycle management, and quality assurance to support growth and operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, responsiveness, and uptime through ongoing process improvements and digital solutions.
- Foster a results-oriented team culture that emphasizes accountability, customer satisfaction, and continuous learning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in leadership roles within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B technology sectors.
- Proven success in managing profit and loss for service-based business units, with a track record of revenue growth and profitability improvement.
- Deep understanding of MRO operations, product development services, and customer lifecycle management.
- Strong financial skills, including experience with pricing strategies, forecasting, and business modeling.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at the executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies in complex technical environments.
- Experience in customer retention, satisfaction metrics, and service quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong operational management skills, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of digital tools and systems relevant to service delivery, such as CRM and ERP platforms.

- The salary range for this position is between $175,000 and $190,000 annually.
