Head of Finance Systems & Data
Job description
About the role
Faire is seeking a leader to direct our finance systems and data strategy as we scale for public company operations. You will work alongside the CFO to modernize our financial infrastructure and integrate AI into our core reporting and planning workflows. This role is responsible for defining the technical and operational blueprint that allows finance to operate as a strategic partner rather than a back-office function. You will own the narrative of our financial data, ensuring that insights are timely, accurate, and actionable for every level of the organization. The position requires a balance of visionary architecture and meticulous execution to support complex marketplace transactions. You will be the central point of accountability for the reliability and evolution of our systems. Ultimately, this role shapes how Faire leverages technology to drive efficiency and trust in our financial operations.
