As the Head of Revenue Operations & AI, you will be responsible for accelerating this transformation, redefining how the Sales and Customer Success teams operate both internally and in their interactions with customers. Your leadership will shape the future of revenue processes, leveraging AI to optimize workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance overall team performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI-driven strategies, ensuring that technological advancements translate into tangible business results. Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and implement the comprehensive strategy, objectives, and territory design for the sales and success teams, including setting clear targets, prioritizing accounts, and allocating resources effectively to maximize revenue growth.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis by establishing and maintaining data standards, metrics, and reporting processes that support informed decision-making.
- Translate overarching business goals into actionable Go-To-Market strategies, managing tradeoffs and maintaining organizational focus on initiatives that deliver the highest impact and ROI.
- Develop and refine the AI vision and roadmap for the revenue organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving innovation through AI-powered solutions.
- Identify opportunities for applying AI and automation within revenue operations, including performance analysis, customer engagement, and internal workflows, while recognizing areas where human judgment remains essential.
- Create and oversee review processes to validate AI outputs, ensuring they are reliable and accurate for decision-making purposes across teams.
- Evaluate, build, and validate AI solutions and tools, taking a hands-on approach to AI development, testing, and deployment to ensure they meet organizational needs and standards.
- Measure and analyze the impact of AI initiatives on key metrics such as time savings for representatives, improvements in conversion rates, pipeline quality, and overall revenue performance.
- Lead the enablement function for the revenue teams, translating strategies, new tools, processes, and sales skills into practical daily practices for sales representatives and managers.
- Drive adoption of new tools, workflows, and AI-driven processes by promoting behavioral change and ensuring teams are equipped and motivated to utilize these innovations effectively.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to revenue operations and AI initiatives, establishing clear ownership, accountability, and career development pathways.
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation, high standards, and transparency, encouraging teams to test new approaches, learn from failures, and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in Go-To-Market Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools and workflows to achieve measurable improvements in team productivity, operational efficiency, or business results.
- Successful history of building, leading, and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and translate them into strategic actions.
- Deep understanding of revenue processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales enablement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable.
