Design, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to meet specific KPIs while adhering to strict budgetary constraints.
Invent and test novel content formats, episodic series, and special projects that resonate with target audiences and encourage engagement.
Interpret complex performance data, conduct rigorous A/B testing, and extrapolate insights to refine the content strategy and improve ROI.
Proactively scan the media landscape, industry news, and emerging platforms to identify trends that can be leveraged for enhanced brand positioning.
Orchestrate seamless collaboration between internal departments and external partners to ensure message alignment and timely execution.
Develop a long-term strategic roadmap for social media that emphasizes scalability, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the governance of social media assets to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
Champion a culture of innovation within the marketing team by introducing new tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Monitor competitor activity and audience sentiment to adjust tactics and maintain a competitive edge in the defense technology sector.
Establish clear documentation and SOPs to streamline workflows and enable the team to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Evaluate the performance of third-party vendors and platform changes to ensure the company maximizes its presence and investment.
Drive the integration of social media initiatives with broader marketing and sales funnels to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
Requirements
Must possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in social media management, demonstrating a history of successful brand strategy implementation.
Must provide concrete case studies that quantify audience growth, reach expansion, and engagement rate improvements over time.
Must be capable of functioning with a high degree of independence, requiring minimal oversight for the execution of complex projects.
Must excel at prioritizing competing demands, identifying opportunities proactively, and proposing actionable solutions without constant direction.
Must exhibit strong strategic thinking, balancing creative concepts with measurable business outcomes and return on investment.
Must demonstrate the ability to rapidly adapt to shifts in the information landscape and make timely, data-informed decisions.
Must have a deep understanding of the algorithms, advertising tools, and content features of current major social media platforms.
Must be proficient in using analytics platforms to track performance, attribute value, and guide data-driven decision-making processes.
Must have proven experience managing social media campaigns within a B2B environment or similar complex market.
Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities can change rapidly based on market conditions.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different stakeholders.
Must be detail-oriented with strong project management skills to handle multiple deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.

Skills & tools

Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools including but not limited to Google Analytics and native platform insights.
Familiarity with content creation and editing tools for graphics, video, and copywriting.
