Requirements
Four or more years of experience in HRBP are required.
Experience building HR processes and policies in companies of 1000+ people is required.
Experience influencing top management and driving business decisions is required.
Knowledge of HR administration and compensation and benefits is required.
Understanding of grades, performance management, and OKRs is required.
Experience automating HR or building HR Ops/HR Service is a major advantage.
A communicative professional who works comfortably with senior leaders and can influence through expertise is required.
