Technical Program Manager, Operational Excellence
Job description
About the role
We are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry through innovative thinking and a relentless focus on operational rigor. In this role, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide security initiatives as the strategic engine driving structure, visibility, and measurable risk reduction across Everpure's Global Information Security Office (GISO). You will partner directly with security, engineering, compliance, and business leaders to translate ambiguous challenges into predictable, high-impact outcomes. By establishing clear operating rhythms and replacing ambiguity with actionable insights, you will directly elevate Everpure's security posture and organizational effectiveness. This is a pivotal opportunity to own end-to-end program execution for critical security and GRC programs, ensuring initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with business resiliency goals. You will build and refine the frameworks, metrics, and governance models that standardize delivery across global teams, eliminating workflow friction and enhancing cross-team accountability. If you are ready to leave your mark by driving strategic program execution and portfolio-level clarity at the highest level, we encourage you to join us.
