About the role
You are the strategic product leader who will define and own the AI and workflow automation vision for the Everpure1 platform, shaping how intelligent agents and Copilot capabilities drive autonomous enterprise cloud experiences. You will architect the product roadmap for next-generation digital experiences, translating complex storage and infrastructure management challenges into seamless, high-value SaaS subscription outcomes. In this position, you will act as the primary external voice for AI-powered infrastructure services, evangelizing innovation while aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a unified, customer-obsessed narrative. You will collaborate directly with customers, partners, the CTO office, and engineering teams to de-risk complex cloud-consumption problems and convert them into differentiated, market-leading features. Your decisions will directly influence how businesses monitor, manage, automate, and optimize their data infrastructure through an intuitive, intelligent control plane. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and automation initiatives, from discovery and requirements synthesis to execution, measurement, and continuous improvement. This role is for a visionary operator who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, AI technology, and enterprise SaaS monetization.

What you'll do
Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for Copilot, Agentic AI, and intelligent workflow orchestration on the Everpure platform, ensuring seamless integration with Pure1 - Intelligent control plane.
Design and launch features across cloud, virtualization, and enterprise environments that enable customers to monitor, manage, automate, and optimize data infrastructure while accelerating subscription revenue growth.
Lead the integration of enterprise applications, databases, and APIs with storage automation solutions to streamline operations and create frictionless user experiences for customers and partners.
Partner with cross-functional leadership, marketing, and field sales teams to translate complex technical capabilities into a compelling, use-case-centric go-to-market model that drives adoption.
Synthesize deep customer needs assessments, market trends, and competitive analyses into clear technical requirements and intuitive user experiences that de-risk implementation and maximize value.
Champion the adoption of workflow automation and AI technologies such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), Copilot, and AI virtual assist agents within the Everpure ecosystem.
Act as the primary public evangelist for SaaS innovations, communicating product value to executives, engineers, and channel partners through compelling narratives and data-driven insights.
Drive alignment across engineering, field sales, and channel partners to ensure consistent execution of the product vision and seamless customer journeys.
Leverage hands-on experience with tools such as Workato, ServiceNow, or similar solutions to model and automate complex cloud-consumption workflows.
Establish metrics, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives to validate product success and iterate based on real-world usage and market response.
Requirements
You must possess 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, cloud, AI, infrastructure, or enterprise software products, with proven experience leading product strategy and delivering high-impact results.
You must demonstrate hands-on mastery of workflow automation and AI technologies, including familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), Copilot, AI virtual assist agents, and AI orchestration frameworks.
You must have hands-on experience with automation and integration platforms such as Workato, ServiceNow, or similar solutions within enterprise or cloud environments.
You must exhibit exceptional outside-in and customer-centric thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex customer needs into clear technical requirements and intuitive experiences.
You must have strong cross-functional leadership and executive presence, with a track record of driving alignment across engineering, field sales, and channel partners.
You must have storage and/or infrastructure monitoring and management experience, understanding how data infrastructure is consumed and optimized in enterprise settings.
You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, and an MBA is considered a plus.
You must be located in Santa Clara, California, and be prepared to work primarily from the office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
