About the Role
This position defines the global strategy for Everpure's customer community across digital and in-person channels. The Senior Community Manager operates within the Performance, Education, and Knowledge (PEAK) team. In this capacity, you serve as the primary architect of community experience. Your core mission is to convert passive users into active advocates by designing high-value interactions. You will bridge technical product knowledge with community needs. The role requires autonomous leadership in defining how Everpure engages its global audience. You will establish the long-term vision for community growth and advocacy.
The position is based in Lehi, Utah; Raleigh, North Carolina; and Santa Clara, California. These locations provide a distributed framework for engaging a worldwide user base. Compensation and Basic Requirements
The base compensation for this role is $140,000 per year. This offer reflects the scope of responsibility and strategic impact. Key Responsibilities
You will architect the end-to-end roadmap for digital and live community forums. This includes oversight of properties such as community.purestorage.com. A central duty is cultivating a network of customer advocates and industry influencers. You will identify individuals capable of amplifying brand reach through their technical credibility. Requirements
