About the role
You own the end-to-end commercial engagement for assigned strategic accounts within the California region, acting as the primary business leader responsible for both new logo acquisition and sustained account growth. You will orchestrate the overall strategy and relationship between Everpure and the assigned accounts, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners. This role requires you to team-sell alongside technical and delivery colleagues, coordinating resources globally to execute complex deals and win business on a quarterly and annual cadence. You will evangelize Everpure's radically simple, all-flash enterprise storage technology, making sure customers fully grasp the total value proposition and competitive differentiation. The ideal candidate is currently selling and living in the Bay Area, bringing deep market knowledge and an established presence to drive expansion and set the standard for customer satisfaction in the industry.

What you'll do
- Evangelize Everpure's radically simple, all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers fully grasp Pure's total value proposition and long-term benefits.
- Build and invest in strategic customer relationships to establish Everpure's value, continually driving the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry through trusted advisory engagements.
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams and develop comprehensive account plans to ensure all internal resources are engaged and aligned to win new Everpure customers and expand footprint within existing accounts.
- Drive and manage a healthy, robust pipeline of sales activity, forecasting accurately and removing obstacles to assure quarterly and annual quotas are met or exceeded with consistent predictability.
- Apply a challenger mindset and thought leadership to address persistent customer problems, using creativity and deep technology expertise to position Everpure's portfolio as the optimal business partner.
- Demonstrate avid prospecting skills and the ability to navigate seamlessly between the boardroom and the data center, consistently opening doors to new customers and advancing complex sales cycles.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, to build relationships easily, deepen trust over time, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Assess, plan, and actively manage a defined territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency, balancing pipeline development, deal execution, and strategic account stewardship.
- Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally while strengthening collaboration with strategic partners and ecosystem allies.
- Maintain a consistent track record of exceeding quota, driving referenceable business, and demonstrating mastery in post-sales customer success to ensure retention and expansion.

Requirements
- Currently selling and living in the Bay Area with a proven track record in California enterprise sales engagements.
- Bring 5 or more years of outside sales experience, with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development in the technology sector.
- Consistently deliver $5 to $10 million in annual revenue, demonstrating the ability to manage and close large, complex deals with multiple decision makers.
- Show a relentless, hunter-oriented mindset, proactively building pipelines and maintaining a disciplined, data-driven approach to forecasting and pipeline management.
- Exhibit deep expertise in leading complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, navigating technical evaluations, security reviews, and executive sponsors.
- Demonstrate authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning Everpure solutions to measurable outcomes.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and sustain long-term relationships with C-level and technical audiences.
- Display passion for post-sales customer success, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion while reinforcing high satisfaction ratings.
