About the role
Everlane is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Creative team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing the Everlane brand to life across digital, retail, and marketing channels. The position requires a strategic and methodical approach to brand guardianship, translating complex ideas into calm and coherent customer experiences. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and craft, ensuring every touchpoint reflects elevated clarity and aligns with the brand's core values of clean luxury and conscious choice.
The successful candidate will partner closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriters, and Marketing teams. Collaboration will be essential as you help develop and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives. Your work will involve translating creative concepts into polished, customer-facing assets while rigorously maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. You will also play a key role in shaping the future evolution of the Everlane visual identity through thoughtful design and creative problem-solving. Staying current on design trends, fashion, culture, and emerging creative technologies will be integral to your contribution.
Designing and producing creative assets for email, website, paid social, digital marketing, packaging, and retail channels.
Partnering with internal creative and marketing stakeholders to develop and execute seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives.
Translating abstract creative concepts into polished, final assets suitable for customer interaction.
Assisting in concept development, creating mood boards, and preparing presentation materials to communicate narrative flow.
Preparing final, production-ready files for both digital and print applications with precision.
Contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Everlane visual identity through continuous design exploration and problem-solving.
This is a full-time position based in the Los Angeles Creative Studio, located in the Arts District. The engagement follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days in the office per week, specifically Tuesdays through Thursdays. The annual compensation range for this role is $76,000 to $120,000. This range is determined based on the Los Angeles geographic market and factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Architecting seasonal campaign visuals for web and retail while enforcing strict brand discipline.
Coordinating with Creative Direction and marketing teams to align concept execution across all channels.
Crafting customer-facing assets from initial concept through to final polished delivery.
Designing email and performance marketing assets that maintain clarity and impact across diverse platforms.
Championing visual identity evolution through iterative problem solving and thoughtful experimentation.
Curating mood boards and presentation materials that communicate narrative flow for campaigns.
Staying fluent in emerging design trends and cultural context to inform future creative decisions.
Preparing production-ready files for both digital deployment and print specifications.
You hold five or more years of graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
Your portfolio demonstrates excellence in branding, digital design, typography, layout, and art direction.
You possess advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
You have experience designing for email, web, social media, and performance marketing channels.
You have a strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand systems.
You effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Interest in sustainable materials and conscious luxury narratives that inform your design perspective.
