Senior Manager of Sustainability
Job description
About the role
Everlane is seeking a Senior Manager of Sustainability to own the end-to-end execution of the company's sustainability strategy across its global value chain and operations. In this role, you will translate the brand's clean luxury mission into measurable programs that reduce environmental impact while strengthening social accountability. You will ensure that commitments like Renew, organic cotton adoption, and carbon reduction remain on track and are integrated into product and vendor decisions. This role balances strategic oversight with detailed follow-through to embed sustainability into everyday business processes. The successful candidate will drive transparency, continuous improvement, and long-term impact across Everlane's operations and partnerships.
