- Designing resilient and secure architectures for Azure services to support EQ Bank's applications.
- Operating and maintaining Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and defining DevOps enablement standards for engineering teams.
- Refining internal platform processes to improve automation, reliability, and operational consistency.
- Building and maintaining reusable components and services that allow citizen developers to deliver solutions rapidly.
- Reviewing all infrastructure changes to verify compliance with financial regulations and internal banking standards.
- Collaborating with security and operations groups to harden cloud deployments and respond to emerging threats.
- Partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to define and achieve platform maturity goals.
- Shipping incremental improvements that increase the reliability of critical banking services.
- Enabling workflows that facilitate secure connections between cloud platforms and external financial ecosystems.

A solid understanding of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure as code methodologies is required. You must possess the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
