Key Responsibilities
- Define Testing Strategy: Establish the comprehensive testing direction for applications, systems, and databases. This involves creating a cohesive vision that ensures all testing activities are aligned with business objectives and technical architecture.
- Lead Automation Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end automation strategy across complex financial systems. This includes identifying automation opportunities, prioritizing efforts, and ensuring the automation suite provides maximum coverage and return on investment.
- Oversee Database Validation: Utilize SQL as a primary tool to confirm data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all storage layers. You will design and oversee tests that validate database transactions, data migration, and backend logic under diverse scenarios.

- Build and Mentor Teams: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a high-performing team of Quality Assurance Analysts. You will be responsible for talent development, performance management, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements
