Associate Director/Program Manager, Technology Portfolio
Job description
About the role
At EQ, we are remaking banking so every Canadian gets ahead, every day, serving nearly 4 million Canadians from coast to coast with financial services that include banking, lending, trust, and credit union solutions. We have been at this since 1970, challenging the conventions of traditional banking with smarter, faster, and more connected financial experiences that define our challenger identity. What keeps us moving is the people behind it all: challengers who ask better questions, push back on old assumptions, and look for a better way forward with relentless curiosity. If you are driven to help reshape how banking works for Canadians and the businesses that power our economy, this role offers a direct opportunity to contribute to that transformation. The Associate Director/Program Manager will own the initiation and delivery of strategic Program(s) for the Bank in support of the Technology Portfolio, ensuring alignment with our broader mission. You will develop the Program organizational structure and governance processes, along with the approaches and strategies that will deliver the Program's goals and objectives while driving value realization for the Bank. You will follow Equitable Bank's delivery methodology, policies, procedures, and practices under the direction of the Infrastructure & Operations Leadership team. The scope, timelines, and deliverables of the Program will be directed by the dedicated Program Leaders and Program Sponsor, requiring close coordination and disciplined execution.
