What you'll do

• Collaborate with clinical teams, IT professionals, and management to design and implement streamlined processes that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflow processes, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to clear and concise guidelines.
• Facilitate training sessions for clinical staff on new workflows and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented workflows, using data analytics to measure outcomes and identify further areas for enhancement.
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff and technical teams, translating clinical needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support the development and rollout of new healthcare technologies, ensuring they meet clinical needs and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical workflow analysis or process improvement within a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical processes, and patient care delivery models.
• Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including clinical staff and executives.
• Proficiency in workflow management tools and healthcare information systems; experience with electronic health records (EHR) is highly desirable.
