Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical workflow analysis or process improvement within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical processes, and patient care delivery models.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including clinical staff and executives.
