What you'll do

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and tailor Eon Health's solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Lead the implementation of software solutions, ensuring that all technical aspects are executed flawlessly.

• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and continued satisfaction.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Work closely with the development team to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements to existing products based on user experience.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal operation and user experience.
• Assist in the development of project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical implementation or support role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and HL7.
