What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and tailor Eon Health's solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Lead the implementation of software solutions, ensuring that all technical aspects are executed flawlessly.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of the deployed systems to confirm they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and continued satisfaction.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Work closely with the development team to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements to existing products based on user experience.
- Participate in training sessions for clients to educate them on the functionality and benefits of Eon Health's products.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, ensuring optimal operation and user experience.
- Assist in the development of project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of implementations.
- Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders to report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the creation of best practices and standard operating procedures for implementation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical implementation or support role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and HL7.
