What you'll do

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Entratus's overall business goals and market demands.
• Lead the product management team in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to create a seamless product development process that fosters innovation and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and proactive decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders, including customers and partners, to gather insights and validate product concepts and features.
• Present product strategies and updates to the executive team and board of directors, ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Mentor and develop product management talent, building a high-performing team that can execute on the product vision.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Drive user experience initiatives, working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging product interfaces.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize product development efforts and maximize return on investment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior product management role, preferably as a Chief Product Officer or similar position, with at least 8 years in product development.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and Lean principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions that drive product success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and building strong relationships.
• Experience in the technology or software industry, with a solid grasp of current trends and best practices in product management.
• A track record of successfully launching products that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
