What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably within an agency or regulatory environment.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and standards applicable to the agency's operations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and formulate effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical conduct and compliance.
