What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on compliance-related issues and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field, preferably within an agency or regulatory environment.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations and standards applicable to the agency's operations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and formulate effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
