What you'll do

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of each department.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the company.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to continuously improve our hiring processes and strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Enghouse as an employer of choice in the technology sector.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and selection processes.
• Assist in the development of diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a broad range of perspectives and backgrounds within our workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior management positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
• Previous experience in a technology or software development environment.
• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).

Skills & tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job boards.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
