What you'll do
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent.
- Onboard new employees by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support performance management processes, including setting up performance reviews and providing guidance to managers on best practices.
- Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, acting as a point of contact for HR-related questions.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs that align with company goals.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that the company adheres to all legal requirements in HR practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, helping to foster a positive work environment and promote team-building activities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention.
- Prepare reports and metrics related to HR activities, providing insights to management for decision-making purposes.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.
