Junior Commercial Counsel
Job description
About the role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role on our legal team where you will partner day-to-day with our Legal Counsels to draft, negotiate, and close a high volume of contracts while supporting our deal desk. You will own the end-to-end management of a large portfolio of agreements, tracking and triaging contracts and requests across multiple workflows at any given time. In this position, you are expected to prioritize both velocity and meticulous attention to detail, shifting between the two as circumstances require and balancing these competing priorities with a strong instinct for efficiency. Because this role centers on contracts and deal support, we are seeking someone with sharp drafting instincts, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to rapidly assimilate new agreement types and evolving business needs. You will serve as a critical point of contact for Sales and Partnerships, gathering context to ensure agreements are drafted accurately, efficiently, and with an eye toward scalable processes. If you are excited by the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-growth company with a cutting-edge product and a clear mission, this role offers the autonomy and impact to build deep commercial contracting expertise from the ground up.
