About the role
You orchestrate the end to end visual narrative across our retail footprint ensuring every planogram and fixture tells our brand story with precision and impact. You partner with cross functional stakeholders to translate commercial strategy into immersive in store experiences that drive engagement and conversion. You own the full lifecycle of visual projects from initial concept and vendor management through to execution and postmortem analysis. You are the single point of contact for site teams guiding them through complex installation timelines and quality standards. You leverage data and trend insights to refine our visual playbook and elevate the shopping journey. You ensure all activations comply with brand guidelines safety protocols and regulatory requirements. You communicate progress and roadblocks clearly fostering alignment between corporate directives and store level execution. You mentor and enable our partners on visual best practices fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

What you'll do
Lead the planning and deployment of large scale visual merchandising programs across key retail locations coordinating timelines and resource allocation.
Interpret business briefs and transform strategic objectives into detailed visual merchandising schematics ensuring brand consistency and commercial intent.
Develop end to end project plans that outline scope milestones dependencies and critical path activities for multi store rollouts.
Own risk registers and issue logs proactively identifying blockers and escalating solutions to maintain project velocity and on time delivery.
Collaborate with vendors suppliers and internal partners to negotiate scopes schedules and quality benchmarks for fixtures and displays.
Utilize data and sell through metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of visual setups and iterate based on performance insights.
Champion standard work by creating playbooks templates and training materials that codify visual merchandising best practices.
Conduct site walkthroughs validate installations and confirm that all displays meet safety accessibility and brand standards before go live.
Liaise with store leadership to align on priorities manage change requests and maintain clear documentation of decisions and actions.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and embedding lessons learned into future visual merchandising roadmaps.
Coordinate cross functional reviews aligning marketing operations finance and logistics on project milestones and resource commitments.
Facilitate stakeholder updates using visual dashboards and concise narratives to maintain transparency and executive awareness.
Own the governance of visual standards audits ensuring adherence to planograms plan compliance and corporate policies.
Support the launch of new brands within the portfolio by designing flexible visual systems that accommodate distinct storytelling needs.
Act as the escalation owner for critical issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to store operations.
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor degree in Visual Merchandising Design Fine Arts Business or a related field or equivalent work experience.
You must possess a minimum of five years of progressive experience in visual merchandising retail operations or a related project management discipline.
You must demonstrate a strong understanding of planogram execution fixture specifications and retail space planning principles.
You must have hands on experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines in a fast paced environment.
You must exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel PowerPoint and Project or similar planning tools.
You must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to obtain a vehicle insurance for regional travel if required.
You must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for this role at the time of application.
You must be willing to travel as needed to support store rollouts audits and stakeholder meetings.
You must adhere to e.l.f. brand standards safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all visual implementations.
You must have a proven track record of delivering projects on time within scope and budget constraints.
You must be comfortable working in a matrixed organization navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse stakeholders.
