About the role
This position oversees financial operations and program management for visual merchandising across North America and LATAM. You will coordinate with internal teams to manage purchase orders, financial reporting, and audit requirements for retail initiatives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee a specific portfolio of retail programs for the North American and LATAM markets.
- Generate and manage direct and indirect purchase orders for these regions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to track purchase orders and maintain financial reporting.
- Develop monthly accrual lists for fixed assets and oversee associated tracking reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets departments to resolve invoice and audit tasks.
- Partner with the Program Manager to handle miscellaneous reporting and purchase order maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Ability to perform tasks both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong focus on building and sustaining professional relationships.

Practical notes
Total compensation includes base salary, equity, and an annual performance bonus. The company bonus program has paid out up to 200 percent of target over the last seven fiscal years. The work environment is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two days working from home. Employees also receive year-round half-day Fridays. Compensation is determined by factors including geography, skills, and experience.
