About the role
You will own the end-to-end strategic sales cycle for a portfolio of high-value enterprise and government accounts across Poland, driving revenue growth and market penetration in the Government and Utilities sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, translating the capabilities of ElevenLabs platforms into compelling business outcomes for senior economic buyers. You will build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities by identifying latent needs and aligning them with solutions such as ElevenAgents and voice AI automation. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, navigating organizational structures to secure executive sponsorship and build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that maximize wallet share and position ElevenLabs as the primary AI voice strategy for your clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer success and expansion, reinforcing the impact of every deployment. You will represent the company as a thought leader, educating C-level audiences on the transformative potential of conversational AI in their operations.

What you'll do
Develop and manage a strategic portfolio of key accounts in Poland, focusing on Government and Utilities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI and ElevenAgents can optimize contact center operations and automate customer interactions.
Lead consultative sales cycles, presenting complex AI voice concepts to senior decision-makers and building a clear business case for investment.
Analyze the competitive landscape and map customer use cases to demonstrate how ElevenLabs differentiates in voice AI and automation.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of conversational AI applications, including voice interfaces, IVR modernization, and AI-driven support automation.
Create and execute strategic account plans that expand ElevenLabs' footprint within public sector organizations and critical infrastructure industries.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and expansion of deployed solutions.
Educate stakeholders on emerging trends in generative AI, voice technology, and the operational advantages of AI-first customer engagement models.
Own the full sales process from opportunity creation to deal closure, aligning procurement processes and stakeholder requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives powered by AI voice and long-term platform adoption.
Monitor and report on pipeline health, win rates, and customer expansion metrics to refine strategies and improve execution.
Partner with FDEs and Sales Operations to build compelling narratives that connect AI capabilities to tangible business value and ROI.
Continuously refine your knowledge of the Polish market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and technology adoption patterns in the public sector.
Requirements
7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with experience selling to enterprise and government buyers.
Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions to C-level and senior decision-makers within large institutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, including procurement processes, stakeholder management, and multi-threaded selling.
Experience with consultative selling methodologies and the ability to build business cases around ROI, efficiency gains, and operational impact.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a history of achieving and exceeding quota in competitive environments.
Self-driven mindset with the discipline to manage a large book of accounts and prioritize opportunities in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to travel regionally within Poland for client meetings, workshops, and strategic offsite engagements as required.
Nice to have
Prior experience in the AI, voice technology, or conversational AI sectors.
Background in selling to public sector or highly regulated industries such as utilities and energy.
Familiarity with procurement frameworks and compliance requirements specific to the Polish government market.
Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
Practical notes
This role is based in Warsaw and requires regional travel within Poland.
The position is full-time and requires the successful candidate to work during standard business hours in alignment with the company's operational schedule.
