About the role
You will partner with Account Executives to translate complex enterprise requirements into technically viable solutions that drive sales outcomes. You own the technical integrity of the customer engagement from initial discovery through to implementation and expansion. You will architect bespoke demonstrations that de-risk purchasing decisions for large organizations. You will craft scalable integration patterns that become foundational assets for our product teams. You will build reusable enablement assets that elevate the technical fluency of our entire sales organization. You will evangelize AI-first best practices across customer workflows to ensure long-term success. You will act as a trusted technical advisor who bridges the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate discovery sessions with technical stakeholders to map enterprise requirements to ElevenLabs platform capabilities.
- Prototype minimum viable integrations that validate product-market fit before large-scale engineering investment.
- Draft technical artifacts and architecture diagrams that clarify deployment models and data flow for enterprise buyers.
- Conduct solution workshops that align internal stakeholders with external customer expectations.
- Author detailed technical guides that accelerate the onboarding of new enterprise clients.
- Instrument proof-of-concept environments to collect performance metrics and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize feature requests based on recurring enterprise demand.
- Liaise with implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from pilot to production deployments.
- Evaluate third-party tools and libraries to enhance the compatibility of our solutions.
- Monitor industry trends to identify competitive threats and opportunities for differentiation.
- Optimize demonstration workflows to reduce deployment time and improve stakeholder engagement.
- Document edge cases and failure modes to strengthen our reliability and support playbooks.
- Lead cross-functional reviews that align engineering, sales, and success on strategic initiatives.
- Challenge assumptions about technical constraints to unlock innovative customer outcomes.
Requirements
- You are deeply passionate about AI, technology, and the strategic impact of ElevenLabs products in the market.
- You enjoy working directly with customers to iterate on solutions and provide tailored technical support.
- You have a demonstrated talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized, scaled, and reused across accounts.
- You possess strong empathy for customers, sales teams, and product managers to balance competing priorities.
- You have a robust technical background that enables you to architect integrations between our solutions and complex enterprise environments.
- You have meaningful experience working with customers in a technical capacity, even if those roles emerged through student clubs or side projects.
- You are proficient in Python, with a deep understanding of software development practices, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- You communicate excellently and can adapt your messaging to technical executives, engineers, and business leaders.
- You are located in or eligible to work in Canada under the appropriate visa conditions.
- You can dedicate full-time hours to this role on a permanent employment basis.
- You are comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment with minimal bureaucracy and rapid experimentation.

Practical notes
This role operates on a full-time basis with a standard weekly hour commitment. Travel is not required for this position. Employment eligibility in Canada is required, and visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The listed location options include remote work within Canada as well as physical offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw, subject to eligibility.
