What you'll do
Setting agendas for officials on AI governance, privacy, digital rights, and related areas across key markets.
Orchestrating partnerships with industry groups and regulators to align standards and expectations.
Scanning policy shifts and translating complex guidance into clear operational moves for the business.
Hosting sessions at conferences and government events to advance adoption and thought leadership.
Shaping internal rules alongside Safety, Legal, and Security to ensure compliant product use.
Guiding executives on regional risks and policy openings that affect growth and operations.
Championing ElevenLabs tools within government teams, working with GTM to unlock new users.
Designing and driving campaigns that influence frameworks and support strategic company goals.
Requirements
You hold eight or more years of policy, partnerships, or government affairs experience.
You understand Middle East public sector dynamics and regulatory trends around AI.
You can work autonomously and make high quality choices under tight timelines.
You communicate clearly with officials, translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
You collaborate across functions to align policy, product, and commercial priorities.

What you will use
8+ years of relevant experience in policy, partnerships, or government affairs.
Knowledge of AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups.
Skill in monitoring, analyzing, and advising on emerging regulations impacting the company.
Experience representing organizations at conferences and industry events.
Capacity to support the development of internal policies alongside Legal, Safety, Security, and related teams.
Skill in providing strategic counsel on regional policy trends and business implications.
Experience promoting AI products to government entities and managing public campaigns.
Practical notes
Time zone: UAE local time.
Travel: Possible domestic trips within the region; international visits when required.
Visa: Sponsor support may be available for eligible candidates.
Work hours: Standard business days, with flexibility for urgent policy windows.
