What you'll do

• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions that move the needle.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to align technical architectures with business goals and ensure ElevenLabs delivers clear value.
• Drive innovation by writing production-grade code, integrating APIs, and solving complex problems that directly improve customer outcomes.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable solutions that reflect the excellence of our AI models and meet the stringent demands of enterprise environments.
• Act as the technical point of contact for strategic customers, translating their requirements into clear, executable plans and technical specifications.
• Use your software development expertise to build integrations that are maintainable, secure, and performant across diverse deployment scenarios.
• Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to deconstruct ambiguous challenges and identify the most efficient path to a robust solution.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and logical manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust.
• Continuously refine your technical knowledge and explore new patterns in AI and software architecture to keep solutions future-proof.
• Partner closely with product and design teams to validate ideas early and iterate quickly based on real customer feedback.
• Monitor and optimize deployed systems for performance, reliability, and scalability, ensuring smooth operation at every stage.
• Mentor junior team members when needed, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire engagement and foster best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, proposing contingency plans that keep projects on track and within scope.
• Document your work and decisions meticulously, creating a clear trail that supports maintenance, audits, and future enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in professional or academic settings, such as student clubs or side projects, as long as you are eager to engage closely with clients on technical topics.
• Proficiency in Python, with a strong grasp of software development principles, software architecture patterns, and APIs integration techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and apply logic to pursue optimal solutions under constraints.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to analyze issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective fixes.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where impact matters more than rigid job descriptions.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed to support key customers and build deeper relationships on site.
• Eligibility to work in the country of assignment without sponsorship requirements, or possession of valid rights to work in Italy.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, reliability, and security in all deliverables you produce.
