What You'll Do

Your primary mission is to act as a technical co-founder for our most strategic customers, taking full ownership of high-impact projects from initial discovery through production deployment and long-term partnership management. You will translate ambiguous business objectives into concrete, scalable technical architectures in close collaboration with customer engineering and executive teams. Your daily responsibilities will include hands-on coding, rapid prototyping, and driving innovation at the edge of our platform.

• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for our most strategic partners, working hands-on to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate daily with our customer's engineers and executives teams to ensure the best use of ElevenLabs' technologies.
• Drive real innovation by using your coding and technical skills to solve complex problems, making a real difference for our customers.
• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into well-defined technical specifications and execution plans.
• Architect and implement scalable integrations that connect ElevenLabs platforms with diverse customer environments and workflows.
• Act as the primary technical liaison, bridging the gap between customer needs and our product capabilities.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to uncover opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Monitor deployment health and iterate based on direct feedback from user testing in production settings.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of quality, experimentation, and ownership within the engagement.
• Maintain a sharp focus on outcomes, ensuring every deliverable moves the needle toward measurable client success.
• Identify risks early and coordinate cross-functional resources to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Champion best practices in software design, testing, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a specific set of technical and interpersonal skills that align with the demands of embedded engineering. Your background should demonstrate a genuine ability to work closely with clients in a technical capacity.

• Experience working with customers. It's ok if you only worked with customers in student clubs or side projects, as long as you are interested in working closely with them on a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in Python and strong software development knowledge, inclusive of a deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and APIs integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Especially in terms of ability to summarize complex technical knowledge and using logic in pursuing optimal solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with remote work and asynchronous communication across global time zones.
• A proactive mindset focused on ownership, reliability, and delivering results without constant supervision.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer engagements as required by project needs.
