About the role
You will manage the email, in-product, and nurture strategies that convert interest into revenue across our B2B funnels. This position functions as a core part of our growth team, bridging the gap between product usage, marketing efforts, and sales outcomes to drive pipeline and expansion. You will architect and optimize the end-to-end journeys that guide prospects from initial awareness to expansion within existing accounts. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution to ensure messaging remains consistent and compelling at every touchpoint. You will leverage data to continuously iterate on campaigns, improving performance over time and maximizing the lifetime value of customers. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and product roadmaps. You will own the metrics that matter, ensuring that marketing activities directly contribute to the health and growth of the business.

What you'll do
- Create and refine nurture campaigns across email and in-product channels for both self-serve and enterprise segments.
- Develop and maintain lead scoring and segmentation frameworks within HubSpot to prioritize prospects based on intent.
- Oversee the marketing-to-sales transition, ensuring data integrity and effective communication between teams.
- Execute account-based marketing initiatives for enterprise targets in collaboration with sales and content teams.
- Implement AI-based workflows to scale personalization and accelerate campaign deployment.
- Track and analyze revenue impact to inform future strategy and prioritization.
- Conduct ongoing experiments regarding messaging, triggers, and timing throughout the customer journey.
- Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.
- Partner with product teams to translate feature adoption data into targeted lifecycle campaigns.
- Design and deploy onboarding sequences that activate new users and drive toward key product milestones.
- Build and manage reporting dashboards to provide visibility into funnel performance and campaign results.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to develop assets that support campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Test and iterate on subject lines, content formats, and calls-to-action to improve engagement rates.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer base through usage data and lifecycle stage analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing automation, preferably within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, specifically regarding workflow automation and scoring models.
- Practical experience with Salesforce and understanding the integration between marketing and sales data.
- Proven track record of managing lead scoring systems and MQL/SQL/PQL funnels.
- Experience executing or supporting account-based marketing programs.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on funnel metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments, particularly with sales and operations teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly based on business needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
- Willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the marketing function.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and marketing best practices in all deliverables.
- Commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
