About the role
The Senior Partner Solutions Architect operates at the strategic intersection of technology and partnership within the EMEA region, owning the complete lifecycle of key partner relationships to drive mutual growth. This role is responsible for the technical management, activation, and enablement of Elastic's partner ecosystem, ensuring that joint solutions are delivered effectively and meet business objectives. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating complex Elastic capabilities into clear business outcomes for partner customers and accelerating deal velocity. The position requires a self-starter who can architect co-created solutions that integrate Elastic's Search AI Platform into partner offerings. You will lead technical advocacy to build trust and ensure partners can confidently communicate the value of Elastic to their own customers. Success in this role means stimulating active selling through deep technical collaboration and solution design. You will also author customer-facing publications to establish Elastic as a thought leader in search, security, and observability.

What you'll do
Architect and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partner agreements, from initial business case development and planning through governance, technical architecture, and solution build to final delivery.
Translate Elastic's technical capabilities into concrete business benefits, demonstrating how the platform can be tailored to address the specific needs of each partner's customer base to make sales easier.
Co-create bespoke solutions by integrating Elastic's technology into partner products or customer environments, ensuring partners are fully equipped to solve unique challenges.
Co-lead the development of industry-specific technical blueprints and design wins that partners can leverage in their go-to-market strategies to boost activation and adoption.
Foster deep technical rapport with partner stakeholders, enabling them to understand, advocate for, and confidently recommend Elastic solutions to their own clients.
Provide the technical foundation for partner marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging accurately reflects Elastic's search, security, and observability capabilities.
Authorize and contribute to customer-facing publications such as white papers, blogs, and sales collateral, staying current on cloud and industry best practices.
Develop and nurture a focused network of Solutions Architects across the partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities based on shared synergies.
Drive proactive proposal development with partners for key accounts, focusing on growing Elastic Cloud adoption through collaborative selling efforts.
Support partners in articulating the value of Elastic's AI and semantic search technologies, including RAG and vector search, within their customer conversations.
Ensure all technical solutions align with Elastic's security and data protection standards, securing and protecting private information at scale.
Act as a senior technical voice within the partner community, influencing product feedback and use cases that enhance Elastic's market position.
Requirements
You must possess fluency in French, Spanish, and English at a business level, as this is a mandatory requirement for effective communication with partners and customers.
You must demonstrate more than five years of continuous success in a technical presales role, with a proven track record of selling, demonstrating, and implementing technology to earn customer trust.
You must have hands-on experience in at least one of the following technology domains: enterprise search, observability, or cybersecurity, as this is a strict requirement for the position.
You must have substantial experience with cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and Endpoint solutions, which is a strong advantage for addressing complex security use cases.
You must have a solid background in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and cloud or infrastructure technologies to design robust solutions.
You must understand artificial intelligence concepts, semantic search, and vector technologies, with a focus on retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, and related implementations.
You must be capable of traveling approximately 30% of the time to engage with partners, participate in design workshops, and support customer events across EMEA.
